David continued running and expanding the business at BEA until the Oracle acquisition. At SAP David led teams that pioneered bringing cloud software to the most demanding companies in the world. Most recently David co-founded and co-ran the education company UniversityNow, Inc.

Kris Lahiri

Kris is a co-founder of Egnyte. He is responsible for Egnyte's security and compliance, as well as core infrastructure, including storage and data center operations. Prior to Egnyte, Kris has spent many years in the design and deployment of large scale infrastructure for Fortune 100 customers of Valdero and KPMG Consulting.

Kris has a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Banaras, and an MS from the University of Cincinnati.
