C. Sean Pike is a Program Director in IDC's Security Products group. In this role, Mr. Pike leads IDC's eDiscovery and Information Governance research program as well as IDC's Next-Generation Data Security (NGDS) research program. Mr. Pike provides competitive intelligence and strategic advisory on technologies and solutions for governance, risk, compliance, legal discovery, and emerging data protection and security solutions. He examines the implications of emerging technology and legal and regulatory developments on organizations’ risk and compliance programs, information governance and data privacy initiatives, and legal discovery efforts. He also tracks the convergence of information management, storage, security, and IT operations technologies and the impact on various governance and discovery use cases.

Vineet is the CEO and co-founder of Egnyte. Prior to Egnyte, Vineet founded and successfully built Valdero, a supply chain software solution provider, funded by KPCB, MDV and Trinity Ventures. He has held a rich variety of senior operational positions at KPMG and Bechtel. He has 20 years of experience in building capital-efficient and nimble organizations. Vineet earned a BS in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and received an MBA from Santa Clara University.
